How to Repair Damaged Hair, 4 MUST HAVE Products

Repairing damaged hair is no easy tasks. It takes a lot of patience and willingness to commit to a routine that works for your hair.
I don’t gatekeep so let’s get straight to it. Olaplex. 4 Olaplex products have truly transformed my hair after 2 years of consistently using their products as directed and regular hair maintenance.
It’s all about being high maintenance to be low maintenance. Hair is confidence so invest in yourself!

Before you wash your hair, start with Olaplex No.3. Dampen your hair with this spray bottle. Evenly spread throughout your hair and let sit for at least 10 minutes. The more your hair gets used to the product the longer you can leave it on.Rinse the product out of your hair and proceed to shampoo and condition as normal.
This is a repairing treatment. The purpose of Olaplex No.3 is to repair and strengthen damaged hair. This is perfect if your hair is heat damaged, brittle, suffered from environmental factors and chemical treatments.
If your hair is like mine, start by using it once a week and progress from there if needed. Don’t overuse. I use this product once a month.
Olaplex No. 4P is purple shampoo. It comes in clutch when you need to refresh your blonde. If you have blonde hair or blond highlights, this will help to even out the brassiness of the blonde.
It is designed to cleanse, tone and repair your hair so that your blonde always stays fresh. This product does make your hair dry so use this sparingly. Focus on the parts of your hair that are blonde.
Leave in your hair for no longer than 3 minutes, rinse and condition your hair as normal.
After completing the two steps above, add 2-3 pumps of the mask (depending on hair texture) and let sit for at least 10 minutes and rinse. After using No. 4P you will most definitely NEED Olaplex No. 8 Intense Moisture Mask.

This hair mask is the bread winner. She will literally bring your hair back to life. Need I say more?
Olaplex No.9 is the icing on the cake. She is your protective layer.
After you rinse No.8 out of your hair, add No.9 to protect your hair from heat damage and any future damage. She will give your hair head turning shine while decreasing the frizziness and leaving your hair oh so soft!
