You NEED to add these self care rituals to your self care routine!

It’s YOUR season to tap in ALL your self care rituals. These should be the rituals that keep you grounded. When you think self care rituals think of things that feed your soul. Things that make you feel relaxed.

Focus on your personal wellness. It’s okay to step back, say no to the activity you wanted to do and connect with yourself.

These are your ride or die things that you can truly lean on when you need to spend time with yourself. The best things to do is to stick to the little self care habits and look for realistic ways to incorporate those throughout your day.

1. Sit with yourself

Take a minute to breathe. Breathe in. Breathe out.

Let’s be real sitting with yourself is not easy, but so necessary for you to do the inner work. There’s something about sitting with yourself in silence that just does it!

Reflect on where you are at in this current moment. What’s on your mind? Put it down for tonight, it’s too heavy.

Sitting with yourself gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself. Allow yourself to feel all your emotions. You don’t have to have it all together.

4. Journal

Journaling is where it’s at. It’s something about journaling that gon do it every.single.time. All hits. No misses.

Journaling allows you to communicate your feelings, thoughts and emotions in a way that verbal communication doesn’t always capture.

Take some time in the morning, at night and even throughout the day to journal. Breathe. Allow yourself to feel.
